Summary

The Migrations Squad's challenge is to migrate new customers' data to the Pismo platform. In other words, all data from the old processors is migrated, such as Accounts, cards, transactions, invoices from 6 months before migration, future installments and, thus giving sequence to the customer's life cycle on the Pismo platform. Once this is done, the information is sent to the squads responsible for each work front on our platform.

What you'll do

  • You will manage teams with weekly 1:1 meetings (Tech Leads);
  • Monitor the development and evolution of the people you lead (talent retention);
  • Recruit and train new people, adding diversity to our technical team and our culture;
  • Empower the teams to achieve a high level of productivity, quality and delivery;
  • Monitor the team's workflow (task development, help the team decide and document technical decisions and understand trade-offs;)
  • Ensure compliance with OKRs;
  • Provide guidance and insights to senior management.
  • Strategy decisions, customer meetings, identifying all cases of the features, and even prioritizing features and technical debts.
  • Address and anticipate risks (performance, integrity, technical debits, etc.).
  • Ability to deal with highly complex teams showing good results on a daily basis.
  • Ability to simultaneously lead more than one team
  • Ability to develop a successor (succession plan).
  • Provide and ask for prompt and relevant feedback according to Pismo's cultural values and guidelines.
  • Be a Pismo's Culture Ambassador.
  • Manages to deal autonomously and satisfactorily with conflict situations, whether internal or external.
  • Ability to act autonomously in highly complex and high-impact tasks.
  • Ability in providing solutions to major problems, crises, or challenges
  • Be involved more and help in strategy decisions, customer meetings, identifying all cases of the features, and even prioritizing features and technical debts.
  • Address and anticipate risks (performance, integrity, technical debits, etc.).
  • Help translate business requirements into technical needs and actions.
  • Contribute constantly to the design and maintenance of the application.
  • Ensure that the team performs quality deliveries, in line with the criteria and good practices established by the organization.
  • Present practical input for strategic technology decisions.
  • Communicate the results obtained by the team, identify and mitigate operational risks
  • Effective communication of technical and architectural concepts to non-technical professionals.

  • Experience with payment industry; leading leaders and squads;
  • Experience with AWS Cloud; Loading tests;
