Summary

Product Strategy & Communications Specialist is a cross-squad position. The person will work with different squads from the Banking and Cards Business Units. It will develop the communication strategy of Pismo products to different stakeholders: sales and marketing teams, senior leadership, clients, prospects, and partners, ensuring that Pismo products are communicated clearly, effectively, and engagingly for each audience.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement the product communication strategy, creating and consolidating content for artifacts such as the product Roadmap, Product updates and new features, Pre-Sales Presentations, and Platform Use Cases.
  • Define the most appropriate content themes and formats for each target audience
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory framework changes, and competitive landscape to identify and present opportunities for developing innovative products and services that can be implemented through the Pismo platform.
  • Actively collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent and effective communication.

Minimum Qualifications

  • +5 years of experience working in the product area.
  • Relevant knowledge of the technology market for the financial services industry, including platforms for Payments and Core Banking.
  • Familiarity with Pismo's target audiences (incumbent banks, fintechs, technology partners, ....)
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team and actively collaborate with different areas of the company, such as marketing and sales.
  • Desirable advanced Spanish.
