Summary
As Senior Consultant, Product Management, the professional will be responsible for directing the Regulatory Compliance process of Pismo platform for our clients, in line with the needs of the US market, as well as conducting the structuring of Reports and Regulatory Obligations so that our clients can meet the requirements of national and international regulators bodies and entities. Monitoring the rules already established and respective changes in the regulatory landscape from different entities, as well as monitoring industry standards, market trends and technological innovations, including mapping needs, insights and feedback from our current clients and prospects.
What you'll do
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and rules from sources such as the Central Bank / Federal Reserve and other entities to implement improvements and develop new regulatory products;
- Monitoring the launch of new rules by regulatory agencies and other entities to prioritize demands with the development team.Develop the product roadmap together with other product teams, seeking to optimize the delivery of value to clients (current and future) and to Pismo.
- Evaluate, together with products, engineering and business development, the approaches available to implement the product roadmap: build, partner, buy.
- Cooperate with other teams to develop "cross squad" developments
- Ensure product quality, including non-functional aspects such as: integrity, resilience and scalability.
- Understand and anticipate the needs of customers and our markets.
- Critical vision and thinking, with the ability to articulate and implement improvements in processes and products.
Minimum Qualifications
- +5 years of experience with regulatory standards and rules from sources such as the Central Bank / Federal Reserve and other entities to implement improvements and develop new regulatory products;
- +5 years of experience in the financial market focused on the implementation and management of regulatory obligations and legal reports for American financial institutions;
- Have in-depth knowledge of the market in which we operate, including regulatory aspects, trends, benchmarks and clients needs;
- +3 years of experience as a Product Manager;
- Experience with discovery and delivery of regulatory adjustments and legal reports;
- Desirable experience with fintechs;
- Desirable experience with Agile methodologies;
- Desirable experience with software engineers teams.
