Job Description
The Sales Operations team within the Value-Added Services (VAS) business unit is driving innovation by leveraging Generative AI (Gen AI) and advanced tools to optimize operational workflows with a focus on improving sales pipeline accuracy, quote-to-cash efficiency, and opportunity validation. We are seeking a Manager to lead AI Enablement initiatives, integrating AI-driven solutions into Sales Operations processes to deliver greater efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making. This role is highly collaborative and will serve as a catalyst for transforming how we manage opportunities, validate data, and support sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Gen AI Research & Solution Assessment:
- Identify, evaluate, and implement Gen AI solutions that streamline Sales Operations processes such as opportunity validation, pricing workflows, and contract governance.
- Monitor market trends, vendor offerings, and internal pain points to uncover AI-driven optimization opportunities.
- Conduct analyses (e.g., cost benefit, feasibility, risk) and prepare recommendations for leadership review.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and proactively recommend enhancements to maintain competitive advantage.
Cross-Functional Support:
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and own roadmap for AI-enabled Sales Ops processes.
Enablement & Change Support:
- Develop training materials, job aids, and quick start guides to support adoption of AI tools and processes.
- Organize demos, workshops, and feedback sessions to drive engagement and continuous improvement.
Governance & Best-Practice Contribution:
- Contribute to guidelines addressing security, compliance, and ethical use of AI within Sales Operations.
- Maintain a central repository of standards, templates, and lessons learned for AI-enabled processes.
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Define KPIs in partnership with business owners to measure AI impact on operational efficiency.
- Build dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize adoption, performance, and ROI
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
- Exposure to Gen AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics tools (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, RPA) is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales technology stack (CRM, CPQ, quoting tools) and ability to integrate AI solutions into these platforms.
- 3–5 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, portfolio or project management, or a related analytical role.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable preparing executive ready materials.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology innovation and continuous learning.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of Sales Operations processes and pain points. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., MS Dynamics), CPQ systems, and workflow automation tools is a plus.
- Proficient with AI/automation tools and data visualization platforms.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and change management skills.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 116,300 to 187,350 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
