Job Description
Visa Digital Processing Solutions (Visa DPS) is the Issuer Processing division of Issuer Solutions. Our clients include FinTech's, Financial Institutions, Ecosystem partners and Credit Unions. We are building new, modern solutions, while augmenting the existing solutions that have been in the market for 30+ years.
We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Manager of Product Commercialization who will drive business impact by delivering on Visa DPS’ 2030 strategic growth levers. This role will report to the Senior Director of DPS Commercialization responsible for leading go-to-market readiness of Visa DPS’ product pipeline, including DPS Forward, DPS+, Visa product drops and acquisitions. The vision of the team is to commercialize innovations by enabling seamless solutions and delivering mutual success for clients and partners.
The Senior Manager will join a mission-driven team that is Commercializing innovation and powering growth. The DPS Commercialization team partners to bring payment innovations to market, driving adoption, engagement and sustained business growth with our clients. The Senior Manager will deliver business outcomes by leading commercialization strategy and execution for new platforms and services, and major product enhancements.
The successful candidate is a highly motivated, analytical self-starter who has a track record of bringing strategy to execution.
Essential Functions:
- Lead pricing strategy and execution, go-to-market strategy and planning, asset library development and sales strategy and enablement.
- Manage commercialization end-to-end, from strategy to execution, including market entry plans, competitive assessments, readiness, sales and pricing strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launch activities, including marketing, sales training, client support model, pricing and post-launch operating practices.
- Drive initiatives that improve process, enhance customer experience and adopt corporate standards in commercial, product and operational readiness.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and accountability.
The Senior Manager will also contribute to DPS Commercialization’s Centers of Excellence, developing and consulting on best practices including:
- Asset library development in collaboration with Technical Communications Services, Program Management and Product Management
- Pricing modelling and revenue optimization practices with cross-functional Finance, Sales and Deal Operations partners
- Scalable Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) prioritization, process and deliverables
- Robust product roadmap delivery to Sales, Client Services, Sales Engineering, executives and clients
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3+ years with a PhD (Business, Finance or related field)
8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or
5+ years with an Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or
2+ years with a PhD
Strategic and analytical ability to generate, assess and deploy effective business strategy, including business cases, pricing strategies and deal models
Proven ability to develop robust data-driven recommendations to deploy, launch and manage new products, solutions and services with differentiated value propositions
Ability to generate enthusiasm for new products and solutions by developing creative and innovative go-to-market solutions that result in incremental revenue
Experience leading multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives with reliability and strong business acumen
Proficiency in data analytics, CRM systems, dashboards and project management tools
Deep knowledge of sales strategies and operating practices, including pipeline development, AANR projections, solution selling, sales operating model and segment level prioritization
Wired to conduct robust due diligence to facilitate product, operational and commercial readiness
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently coordinating cross-functional activities, obtaining buy-in and elevating issues at critical junctures
Results driven, with a focus on delivering quality execution against business outcomes
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business issues and solutions to multiple stakeholders
Experience in change management, process rollout and driving adoption across organizations
Passion for the client, with experience presenting to clients onsite and large internal audiences
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without reporting lines and build mutual accountability to build and deploy innovation
Growth mindset

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 143,700 to 220,850 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
