Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Services Manager to lead strategic, data‑driven, and fully integrated marketing initiatives. This role combines 360° marketing expertise (ATL, BTL, Digital), strong commercial acumen, strategic consulting, and the ability to manage key accounts and complex pipelines. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, this professional will design and execute customized marketing strategies that drive business growth, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate results.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic & Integrated Marketing:
- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, Digital) tailored to client and business objectives.
- Design long-term, bespoke marketing programs with strong foundations in data, insights, and growth tools.
- Lead full campaign lifecycle: strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and measurement.
Client & Account Management:
- Serve as the main marketing point of contact for key clients, building deep, trusted relationships.
- Manage multiple high-value accounts, aligning strategies and solutions with their business needs.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Consulting teams to provide integrated solutions and maximize client impact.
Growth, Insights & Data:
- Identify business opportunities through market trends, payment behavior, and performance analytics.
- Provide insight-driven recommendations to enhance client acquisition, portfolio performance, and ROI.
- Leverage research, studies, benchmarking, and Visa’s data capabilities to strengthen strategic decision-making.
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Generation:
- Participate in pitches to accelerate business growth and value-in-kind (VIK) projects.
- Contribute to revenue generation by positioning marketing solutions that unlock client value.
- Align marketing initiatives closely with commercial priorities and measurable business outcomes.
Pipeline, Stakeholder & Project Leadership:
- Manage a robust pipeline of marketing initiatives with operational excellence and attention to detail.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure seamless delivery.
- Communicate progress, insights, and KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Required Hard Skills:

Experience managing key accounts, strategic planning, and marketing program execution.
