Job Description
We are adding a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition (TA) team. You will report to the Global TA Operations Manager, partnering with the Global TA Operations team and regional recruiting team. The Global TA Operations Team leads the core operations and infrastructure for the global Talent Acquisition team to ensure we achieve hiring success by building and providing enablement programs to support recruiting.
You will be responsible for entry level knowledge of the global recruitment process, including but not limited to: guidance and coordination of all regular-hire hiring process activities within the recruiting stream lifecycle. Tasks may include candidate facing tasks, interviewing tasks, offer/employment agreement contract process, background check process (where applicable), hiring transaction, process compliance, and projects relating to the hiring process. We ask that you have German and English fluency to support requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare employment contracts and other required pre-hire administration
- Preparation for Works Council activities linked to Talent Acquisition
- Analyze inquiries from global partners relating to the recruiting stream, determine correct guidance for resolution, and communicate to partner on resolution, and escalate if necessary.
- Background Check initiation, facilitation, and adjudication (where applicable). Follow legal guidelines for adjudication and escalation.
- Understanding of end-to-end recruiting stream process and beginner knowledge of impacts of modification on global scale
- Responsible for talent acquisition process adherence through auditing of and communication with hiring process team members.
- Advise and councils Talent Acquisition, and other HR peers and leaders on process and protocol to educate and facilitate a compliant, efficient, and positive hiring experience.
- Participate and potentially lead projects to support efficiency and process improvement in the hiring process.
- Perform audits to ensure the compliance and integrity of the hiring process is according to business-needs and legal regulations.
- Identify any recruitment process gaps and identify areas of improvement, such as conducting training, preparing job aid documentation, document organization.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Legal authorization to work in Germany or Poland is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
- Fluency in German and English
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- 4 year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related experience related experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources in project and process improvement work.
- Prior experience working with recruiting technology, such as an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Workday.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Excel at working in a global environment
- Enthusiastic and provides a positive experience to team members and expresses core company values, such as integrity.
- Demonstrated customer and candidate management abilities
- Prepare and deliver information on a consultative level
- Attention to service time sensitive support global team members
