Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage system test environments, ensuring stability and repeatability. Execute system test including functional, performance, load testing on Distributed systems.
• Design, Develop, and maintain automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams on daily works. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of system-level testing methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency in Python and experience with popular automated testing frameworks (Pytest, Playwright, Selenium).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Knowledge of Rockwell Products is preferred
• Experience with industrial automation or distributed systems (SCADA) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
