Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for team members with diverse technical backgrounds who love and can use their personal experience to grow our teams. We prefer a good background in embedded software development and real time systems. The company will base you in Pune, Hinjewadi, where you will work in Hybrid.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with your Team to manage work, including thoughtful participation during refinement sessions.
  • Normally receive little instruction on day-today work, generally instructions on new assignments.
  • Balance your skillset, interest, and the needs of the product to build, test, and deliver.
  • Along with all Team Members, be both responsible and accountable for the product's requirements/design definition, build, test, and delivery.
  • Showcase the most critical components of the developed product to relevant Team members.
  • Work with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, and all applicable Stakeholders relating to tools, process, techniques, and relationships.
  • Comprehend blocking items that prevent you from completing planned work, then navigate to eliminate the barriers.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 5 or more years of related experience.
  • Programming experience using Embedded C++.
  • Design, build, and maintain firmware.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests.
  • Experience in Scrum and familiarity of SAFe.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience with Rockwell Drives and other Rockwell products.
  • Experience with networks: Ethernet, TCP/IP, Wireshark.
  • Experience in the industrial automation industry.
