Job Description

Regional Delivery Excellence Manager

As Regional Delivery Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing project and services delivery processes, ensuring operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction by implementing best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and robust quality frameworks across projects and services. You will have the Regional PMO, Regional Quality (including HSE & Continuous improvement), Regional Operations, Regional Engineering, Training and Contract management organizations will be reporting to you. You will be responsible to build a solid delivery chain, assuring the resource development and prepare the structure to face new delivery strategies for the company. You will be responsible by the resource development, with Delivery Domain Expertise Management.

You will report to the Regional Vice President, LCS Asia Pacific and have a hybrid schedule working in Pune, India.

Your Responsibilities:

Under your leadership, the following functions will have the following responsibilities -

Quality - It will be responsible for maintaining consistent QC leveraging our Global Quality Management System (QMS) in the delivery of our Projects and Services. As part of Continuous improvement, this role will facilitate adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other Quality methodologies. CI team will also ensure that the productivity projects are identified and executed through the year for results.

Operations - It has responsibility to manage and increase the effectiveness of business support from order management to revenue recognition. They manage the quote to cash and delivery issue-to-resolution process and quickly address customer escalations to increase customer satisfaction. Tasks include project, contract and billing administration, liaison with Global Operations team to maintain global standards and processes, Organize and execute Productivity and Operational Improvements across the region.

Engineering - will be responsible for governing the usage of Trusted Contents and standard templates in our project execution and also be the focal for resolving all critical engineering related problems if any.

Training team is responsible for all early career programs like EIT, JIT, YTDP etc. The team is also responsible for growing customer Training business and work with our partner NIIT to deliver training courses to the maximum satisfaction. The team is also responsible for managing the competency needs of the AP LCS organization.

Contract delivery - This team will ensure that our contract offerings are delivered in a consistent way across AP and also help in standardizing the processes.

All the above roles will work closely with the relevant global teams to make this happen.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

You will have 15+ minimum years in managing Delivery, process improvement, operations, or service delivery.

You will be Six Sigma certified.

You will understand the Process Automation and relevant systems.

You will display strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, data-driven mindset

The Preferred - You Might Also:

  • Provide quarterly engineering update
  • Fulfilment of Key Talents Development Plans
  • Manage turnover of key talents no higher than the overall turnover of location
  • Lead quality management
  • Prepare and conduct the following monthly update meetings:
  • Manage global PMO meeting
  • Manage Project Review meeting
  • Manage QMS reports
  • Manufacturing report including quality, production rate, inventor
