You will report to: MANAGER GEBS BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Your Responsibilities :

• The accountability over multiple Customer Care and supply chain processes
• Ensure of existing processes
• Resolve issues related to handled processes - proactive
• Making sure the process instructions are updated and accurate
• Customer Focus: Assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Communicate with internal and external partners
• Address business issues in appropriate manner

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Responsibility for delivering process innovations and continuous improvement projects/ideas
• Participate in Lean projects

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• English (B2)
• Can sense the urgency of tasks and accordingly
• Continuous improvement mindset: implementing process improvements
• Familiarity with the project management methodology
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel (including Macros)
• Experience in Power Automate will be an asset
• Flexible working hours: 7:00 - 9:00 to 15:00 - 17:00
