Job Description
Position Summary
The Sales Specialist is responsible for the technical and commercial promotion of Cubic and FlexLine 3500 products, serving as a reference for Rockwell Automation solutions in their area. This professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial Engineering, Application Engineering, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Global Sales & Marketing, distribution partners) to deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with Rockwell Automation standards.
Your Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and revenue plans for Cubic and FlexLine 3500, using disciplined sales processes within targeted accounts.
Actively negotiate and close opportunities, working with matrixed sales teams.
Develop and manage sales forecasts and pipelines, reporting results weekly via CRM.
Support the development of commercial proposals and ROI analysis, applying value selling techniques.
Serve as the main liaison between customers, regional sales teams, and business units, ensuring efficient communication.
Translate technical terms into everyday language and manage expectations internally and externally.
Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, communicating relevant impacts to the business.
Participate in meetings, calls, and training sessions, both in-person and remotely, as needed.
Travel (up to 50%) to customers within the assigned geography.
The Essentials - You Will Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Automation, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or project management.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of motor control solutions, MCCs, switchgear, and industrial components.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
3+ years of experience in automation sales or related areas.
Experience with Latin America Countries
Intermediary Portuguese (written and Spoken)
Experience with Rockwell Automation products.
Strong communication skills with all organizational levels and external partners.
Ability to make independent decisions and keep projects on track.
Experience building trust and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
