Job Description
The Lifecycle Services (LCS) Business Lead acts as a specialized commercial lead responsible for driving sales performance and revenue growth across a defined cluster by selling Rockwell Automation services, and solutions. The role focuses on influencing and motivating customers and internal stakeholders, translating complex technical and business value into clear outcomes, and closing opportunities through disciplined sales execution. Success depends on value-based selling, pipeline and forecast ownership, and effective collaboration within a highly matrixed organization, while adapting quickly to changing customer and market needs.
You will report to Lifecycle Services Business Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
You will promote the sales of Rockwell Automation LCS business suite to prospective and existing customers, establishing solid and long-term business relationships with targeted customers and creating profitable business growth.
You will provide domain expertise in industries, applications, and technologies relevant to the Rockwell Automation LCS Business Unit.
You will be directly involved in large project sales opportunities.
You will create awareness and Sales enablement for the LCS portfolio.
You will provide sales leadership and consultation.
You will be accountable for reaching or exceeding the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Target and responsible for the forecasting and the Risk & Opportunity (R&O) analysis with Finance.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Min 10+ years' experience in pre-sales, direct sales, or consulting experience selling LCS solutions on a minimum of national scale.
Proficiency in both Spanish and English
Technical education.
Commercial mindset and successful sales development.
Develop an internal network in a matrix-based organization.
Experience delivering sales results and meeting commitments.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Firsthand knowledge of RA LCS product suite.
Experience working in cross functional environment on a sub- region scale.
Proficiency in Portuguese.
