Key Responsibilities
- Lead month end activities related to PPV
- Manage tracking of tariff costs including actuals, forecasting and risk
- Manage tracking of inflation costs including actuals, forecasting and risk
- Drive continuous forecast process improvements with identifying cost drivers and coordinating inputs and related templates
- Develop annual operating plan (AOP) which includes setting materials rates in the annual cost roll process impacting business unit margins
- Track key direct and indirect metrics and partner with sourcing team and leadership to drive improvements
- Provide financial approval and consultation for productivity project tracking and reporting to leadership
The Essentials – You Will Have
Education: BS or BA in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in Finance or Accounting, ideally within financial planning and analysis
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPointWorking knowledge of SAP, Oracle Planning, and Power BI
Minimal Travel Required

- Strong analytical skills, and an ability to understand the business drivers behind financial results
- Customer-focused, with a strong interest in understanding the strategy and priorities of the business functions that they support
- Solid understanding of key accounting and financial reporting concepts
- Strong bias to get the job done, strategic outlook with the ability to operate as a “change agent” and to drive standardization. Willingness to challenge the status quo to enhance productivity, processes and procedures
- Highly curious and proactive in exploring data, challenging assumptions, and seeking deeper insights to improve financial clarity
