Job Description

Position Summary:

The Regional Marketing & Events Operations Specialist supports the execution of regional and North American marketing initiatives by managing digital platforms, event registration pages, and campaign activation across the Americas. This role partners closely with regional marketing, events, PR, partner marketing, and the North American Marketing team to operationalize campaigns that support demand generation, brand awareness, and engagement. The position plays a key role in ensuring seamless coordination across sub-regions and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

Marketing Platforms & Event Operations

  • Own and manage marketing platforms and event registration pages to support regional and North American marketing initiatives.

  • Build, maintain, and update event and campaign registration experiences, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regional standards.

  • Support execution of marketing campaigns tied to events, regional programs, PR activities, and partner marketing initiatives.

Regional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a primary operational marketing partner for regional stakeholders across the Americas.

  • Collaborate closely with sub‑regional marketing contacts, including:

    • Mexico: Mariana Gómez

    • Andean Region: Gina Vera and Daniel Sánchez

    • Southern Cone: Lucila Farias

    • Brazil: Emili de Oliveira

    • North America: Stakeholders vary depending on the event or initiative

  • Coordinate requirements, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and regions to ensure on‑time and high‑quality execution.

CrossFunctional Marketing Support

  • Support core business functions across Regional Marketing, Events, Regional PR, Partner Marketing, and primarily the North American Marketing Team.

  • Translate regional and North American marketing strategies into operational execution across platforms and events.

  • Ensure alignment with marketing processes, governance, and best practices.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain attention to detail across campaign and event execution to ensure data accuracy and a positive customer experience.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability in marketing and event operations.

  • Serve as a reliable execution partner, enabling regional and North American teams to focus on strategy and growth.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associate Degree), completed or in the final stages of completion.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and regions

  • Experience supporting marketing platforms and event registration systems

  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization

  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail
