Job Description

You will responsible for leading the day‑to‑day delivery of Business Intelligence solutions that help data‑driven decision-making across Lifecycle Services. You will focus on execution, partnership, and team leadership, ensuring BI outputs are, accurate, and in consideration of defined data standards and governance.

You will report to the Director, LCS Operational Excellence.

You will work hybrid in Katowice or Gdańsk in Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

  • BI Delivery & Execution
    • Lead the delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics that support LCS operational, financial, quality, and performance goals.
    • Translate our requirements into analytical solutions, working with partners to refine scope, priorities, and outcomes.
    • Ensure BI deliverables are accurate, and aligned with LCS data definitions and standards.
    • Support self‑service BI adoption by ensuring users with clear, intuitive reporting and guidance.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching
    • Lead, mentor, and support a team of BI analysts, providing day‑to‑day direction, coaching, and technical guidance.
    • Review and assure quality of BI outputs, ensuring consistency, clarity, and business relevance.
    • Foster a collaborative, improvement‑focused team culture with a focus on learning and best practices.
    • Support workload planning and prioritization to balance tactical reporting needs with analytics projects.
  • Data Quality & Governance Agreement
    • Operate according to the data governance frameworks, standards, and priorities defined by the LCS Business Intelligence & Data Governance Manager.
    • Identify data quality issues and partner with the manager and data owners to resolve causes.
    • Ensure BI assets are documented, traceable, and built on governed data sources.
    • Strengthen disciplined data practices that support trust in analytics.
  • Analytics Enablement & AI Readiness Support
    • Build BI solutions that use clean, structured, and well‑defined data to support advanced analytics and AI‑ready use cases.
    • Support exploratory analytics, trend analysis, and performance insights that may feed future predictive or AI‑enabled capabilities.
    • Collaborate with the manager to identify where data gaps or quality issues could limit analytics or AI effectiveness.
  • Partnership
    • Be a primary contact for LCS partners on BI delivery topics, providing communication on progress, insights, and limitations.
    • Present insights in a clear, business‑focused manner, tailoring outputs to different audiences.
    • Build relationships across LCS departments, IT, Finance, Quality, and Operations.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and analytics, including dashboarding and reporting (e.g., Power BI or equivalent).
  • Understanding of data structures, metrics, and business logic in a services or operations‑focused environment.
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and addressing data consistency and quality challenges.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical requirements and outputs.
  • Prior experience leading BI analysts or similar technical contributors.
  • Deliver high‑quality, on‑time outputs.
  • Experience working directly with partners to provide analytics solutions.
  • Exposure to data governance concepts and appreciation of their importance to analytics and AI success.
  • Experienced people manager, both direct and indirect.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Communicative English, both written and spoken

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Familiarity with the LCS business
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language
