Job Description

Rockwell Automation is growing in Singapore, and we're looking for passionate HR Interns to help shape the future of our workforce. You'll work with HRBP to shape employee experiences, support and plan workforce projects, and get hands-on exposure across the full HR spectrum. You will report to HRBP based in Singapore.

Your Impact

  • Turn data into insights: You will analyse workforce trends to support HR planning - from succession planning for senior workers to foreign workforce management and talent performance reporting.
  • Shape better workplaces: You will review and refresh HR policies, and help maintain an organised, employee friendly HR policy library.
  • Create memorable first impressions: You will support New Hire Orientation, plan fun ice‑breaking sessions, and complete onboarding checklists smoothly.
  • Be the bridge between HR and our vendors: You will coordinate with external partners for employee benefits and help accomplish our corporate benefits plan.
  • Bring culture to life: You will support employee engagement events such as All Employee Meetings, festive celebrations and GPTW celebrations.
  • Ensure leadership development: You will help coordinate F2F manager training programmes.
  • Support employee retention: Compile and analyse exit interview data to help HRBPs identify insights and strengthen retention strategies.
  • Keep our organisation aligned: You will update business company organisation charts in Workday for leaders to have accurate, real-time structures.
  • Be our creative partner: You will prepare materials, decks, and content for newsletters and HR communications.
  • Grow across HR: You will jump in to support different HR projects.

What We're Looking For:

· Studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

· You have experience with HR and employee relations.

· You are willing to pick things up in a collaborative environment.
