Ensure data foundations (quality, lineage, security, access, and documentation) are in place to support AI readiness and responsible AI use.
Partner with enterprise data, IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and AI governance teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards and policies.
Monitor and continuously improve data quality, integrity, and consistency across disparate LCS data sources, recognizing that AI success is directly dependent on high‑quality, well‑governed data.
Support AI use case prioritization by assessing data feasibility (availability and accuracy) for use cases under consideration.
Strategy, Standards & Enablement
Serve as the LCS data and analytics subject‑matter expert, guiding best practices for reporting, visualization, data governance, and AI‑adjacent analytics capabilities.
Support integration initiatives, system changes, and new digital capabilities by ensuring data readiness, governance, and reporting alignment.
Collaborate with AI, digital, and automation initiatives to ensure LCS data is prepared for AI models, copilots, and advanced analytics use cases.
Contribute to the LCS Operational Excellence strategy by embedding analytics, governance, and AI‑ready data practices into business processes.
People & Stakeholder Leadership
Lead a team of BI managers, data engineers, scientists and analysts (combination of direct and indirect), fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, clearly communicating insights, risks, data limitations, and AI readiness considerations in a business‑focused manner.
Educate and influence stakeholders on the importance of data quality, governance, and discipline as critical enablers of AI success.
Build strong cross‑functional relationships across LCS, IT, Finance, Quality, Operations, and Digital/AI teams.
