Job Description
Perform several electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determine or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Reporting issues to the ETO PRODUCTION and TEST SUPERVISOR.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assemble electromechanical devices based on plans, drawings, diagrams, procedures, and instructions, including:
- Mechanical and electrical assembly of medium-voltage equipment and wiring harnesses (wiring)
- Mechanical and electrical assembly of low-voltage switchboards and wiring harnesses (wiring)
- Assemble other industrial automation component products (including switches, circuit breakers, and electric motors)
- Internal transport of components before and after the assembly process.Management and verification of component completion throughout the entire production cycle.
- Complete all required quality, quantity, and technical documentation.
- Collaboration with team members to ensure smooth and trouble-free check-in and check-out of work stations.
- Train new employees.
- Collaboration with support departments (quality, warehouse, maintenance, engineering) to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Operate printers at the "Printer Center" station.
- Operate the engraving machine.
Requirements:
- Manual skills, observation skills
- Vocational education.
- Accuracy and conscientiousness
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Monitor machine operation and conduct regular technical inspections.
- Perform minor repairs, malfunctions, and maintenance of machinery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protection standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve production processes.
- Delegate to other positions.
- Report any irregularities and breakdowns.
