Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Worker to join our team at Cubic in Brønderslev, Denmark. You will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our products. You will work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks. This includes setting up and operating different automatic or semi-automatic machines, working from process sheets or instructions, and checking and inspecting operations against predetermined tolerances. Your role will also include maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will report to the Factory Manager. This is an on-site position based in Brønderslev, Denmark.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our products.
• Follow process sheets and written/verbal instructions from the supervisor to perform production tasks.
• Inspect operations against predetermined tolerances.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Help resolve equipment malfunctions.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Experience as a Machine Operator.
• Proficiency in operating a variety of machines.
• Read and interpret process sheets and instructions.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Basic mechanical skills.
