Job Description

As a Leadership Development Program Associate – Integrated Supply Chain, you will accelerate your professional growth through a structured, three-year rotational program designed to prepare future people leaders and technical experts. You will gain hands-on experience across key areas of manufacturing and supply chain while building a strong foundation for a long-term career at Rockwell Automation.

You will report to the Early Career Program Manager and work onsite in Katowice, Poland. This program has a July 2026 start date. Due to the nature of manufacturing work, you will work in-person; fully remote work is not available.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Complete a structured three-year Leadership Development Program consisting of five rotations, including targeted development assignments across Integrated Supply Chain functions,
  • Participate in three required six-month rotations in Operations Engineering, Planning & Materials, and Industrialization, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering,
  • Complete one elective six-month rotation in Strategic Sourcing or Logistics to broaden functional exposure,
  • Deliver a twelve-month capstone assignment in plant management, applying leadership, operational, and project management skills,
  • Contribute to real business projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams while building capabilities in data analysis, continuous improvement, and people leadership.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university completed by June 2026 or expected to be completed no later than June 2026,
  • Proficiency in English and Polish (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Availability to work full-time starting July 2026,
  • Legal authorization to work in Poland (we do not sponsor employment visas for this role),
  • The ability to travel 25% of the time.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • High academic performance,
  • Previous applicable co-op or internship experience in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments.
  • Experience working in team-based, project-driven environments with exposure to operational or analytical work.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience gained through academic projects, student organizations, volunteer initiatives, or other extracurricular activities.
