Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee and expand our technical professional services and consulting function. In this role, you will drive the development, quality, and growth of consulting services while building strong relationships with executive and C-suite clients to support their business transformation initiatives.
You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with senior stakeholders on key priorities such as innovation, digital transformation, data strategy, product development, and manufacturing excellence, while ensuring project delivery meets timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping service offerings, defining client strategies, and ensuring profitability, while supporting the growth of the digital business.
This position also involves close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to understand market dynamics and drive successful outcomes, as well as leading, developing, and retaining a high-performing consulting team and strengthening the organization’s reputation as a trusted digital partner.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead the organization's technical professional services and consulting program, driving its development, growth, and quality standards.
Lead consulting engagements with clients to understand their industrial digitalization needs and guide them through the transformation journey
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and C-suite clients to enhance business outcomes through digital transformation, consulting, and managed services.
Advise executive stakeholders on key business priorities including innovation, strategy, product development, digital transformation, data science, and manufacturing.
Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
Define and evolve service offerings, including client strategy, pricing models, and profitability targets.
Lead staffing, capability development, and retention efforts for the consulting team.
Collaborate with leadership and sales/delivery teams to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Drive growth of the digital business through strategic initiatives and client engagement.
Build and foster a high-performing consulting team while promoting thought leadership across industries, capabilities, and technologies.
Strengthen and maintain the organization’s reputation as a trusted digital leader with clients and industry stakeholders.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Control & Automation, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields).
5+ years of experience leading and delivering industrial digitalization programs and consulting engagements, involving technologies such as process optimization (APC/MPC), industrial DataOps, predictive maintenance, machine learning, artificial intelligence, machine vision, LLM and systems integration.
Strong background in industrial projects involving advanced digital solutions, preferably in sectors such as Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy, among others.
Willing and able to travel and work at client sites, with travel averaging approximately 30% of the time.
Native, fluent, or advanced Spanish.
Fluent English.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Fluent to advanced Portuguese.
Experience in direct people management.
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD).
Advanced degree in AI / Digital transformation or related discipline
