Job Description

You will set up, adjusting, and operating machine tools and multiple equipment used in the machine shop. Responsibilities include implementing production processes based on technical drawings, including metalworking (cutting and shaping to the required dimensions). You will involve collaborating with the engineering team to better understand the function and application of manufactured components. Responsibilities include monitoring and verifying machining processes for compliance with specified tolerances, and identifying and repairing minor machine defects. You will report to the Manager, CNC & Welding Department Supervisor Perform the work in shifts and base it in Szczecin, Poland.

What you will do:

• Perform machining tasks on CNC machines
• Process workpieces following technical documentation, quality standards, and the production schedule
• Ensure of manufactured parts following design requirements and quality control procedures
• Monitor the machining process and reports defects or deviations from standards
• Ensure completion of assigned production orders
• Ensure use and basic maintenance of machines and tools
• Quality control and process optimization
• Perform dimensional, tolerance, and surface quality checks on machined workpieces.
• Collaborate with the quality department to eliminate defects and implement improvements.
• Submit suggestions for improvements in machining processes as part of continuous improvement. Follow procedures. Comply with company regulations and rules. Follow standards and procedures regarding occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection. External Relationships
• Collaborate with other departments within the company.
• Provide information on work progress and any production issues.

Skills you have:

• Basic knowledge of operating CNC machine tools and measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Secondary technical education (e.g., mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related fields).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Work in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Basic qualifications:

• Experience working with machine tools (milling, lathes, drilling machines).
