Job Description

As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our international manufacturing environment. You will act as the link between Sales, Procurement, and Production, working closely with the production team to coordinate and monitor production orders. You will report to the local Production Manager and work onsite at our production facility in Aabybro, Denmark.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure efficient execution of production orders
• Manage capacity planning and maintain visibility of internal resources
• Maintain and update master data in the ERP system
• Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery and accurate inventory levels
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of planning processes

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• 3+ years experience in a similar planning role within a manufacturing environment or a related educational background
• 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems
• Understanding of production planning and logistics processes

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Experience in production planning within an international company
• Knowledge of capacity planning and supply chain coordination
• Work across functions such as production, procurement, and sales
• Proficiency in Danish and English
