Job Description

Summary:

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will provide general support to Production department in daily activities and special projects. Its main responsibility consists in critical data collection and analysis to be used for Production KPI monitoring and processes improvement.

Main activities and responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor the Production Scorecard daily/weekly on time update.

Gather and monitor all data for the HPTs related to lost hour

Create time block report for transportation refund purposes.

4. Gather data, create Overtime report following established schedule.

Manage the accuracy of the Plant's direct labor headcount distribution by HPT and by Line.

Manage the direct labor presenteeism while arranging HR Documents such as leaves, paid/unpaid absences and vacations forms.

Daily, gather all data related to failed orders to complete Tara's report on Mondays by the end of the day.

Gather all data required for direct employee's performance evaluation.

Support Plant's 5'S +1 Program by overseeing 5'S supplies availability in the lines.

Request purchase, distribute and control office supply inventory.

Coordinate with production floor nonproductive activities such os meetings, forums and trainings that involves direct employees.

Create reports and charts to monitor Production's goals (KPI).

Requirements:

Education: Student of Industrial/Electronic Engineering or another related career.

Experience: 1 year of related experience.

Basic English knowledge.

Manage PC (Microsoft Office)
