Job Description
As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for executing and shaping the User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) strategy for the Power & Motion Business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences and influence design standards across the organization.
You will report to the Software Engineering Manager and work in a hybrid model based in Katowice, Poland.
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement UX strategies for devices and enterprise integrations within the Power & Motion Business
- Create UX deliverables such as user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and use cases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and synthesize requirements into user-centered solutions
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Contribute to research activities and translate insights into actionable design improvements
The Essentials – You Will Have:
- 2+ years of professional experience in UX / experience design
- Proven experience designing for complex systems and digital products
- Hands-on experience with UX tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe Illustrator, or Balsamiq
The Preferred – You Might Also Have:
- Experience in defining UX strategy and influencing product direction
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Background in designing enterprise systems and integrations
- Experience delivering end-to-end design solutions for complex products
