Job Description
We are excited to invite you to join our dynamic ISC Analytics and Reporting Team, where you will help shape our data strategy. As a member of this global team, you will report to the ISC Analytics and Reporting Manager and collaborate with IT and multiple functional partners to develop and maintain Power Platform solutions, Power BI reports, dataflows, and other data-related assets. You will work with experienced colleagues from around the world, exchanging ideas and contributing to innovative solutions that drive value for our partners. You will need a passion for data and the ability to provide solutions that benefit our stakeholders. The Data Analyst must understand how business applications support processes, how information transforms throughout these processes, and the information architecture required to support analytics across supply chain functional domains.
You will work hybrid in Katowice, Poland.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) as well as dataflows and reporting assets to support analytics across supply chain functions.
- Collaborate with IT and global functional stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into scalable data solutions, and ensure alignment with data strategy.
- Build and optimize end-to-end data models and data pipelines using Azure and related technologies, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
- Analyze business processes and data flows to understand how information is generated and transformed, and define appropriate data architecture to enable effective reporting and analytics.
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and visualization, supporting decision-making and driving value for stakeholders across the ISC organization.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (other bachelor's-level degrees will be considered).
- Flexibility on shift timing to overlap with global teams.
- 3+ years of experience with MS Azure or similar data infrastructure, and database knowledge.
- 3+ years demonstrated experience with Power BI (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of AI tools such as agents and copilot (or equivalent), PowerApps, Power Automate, Databricks, Python, and SQL.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Microsoft PL300 (Power BI Data Analyst Associate) Certification.
- Data storytelling experience.
- SAP ecosystem knowledge.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
- Experience building end-to-end data solutions/models with a focus on integration.
- Direct firsthand experience designing and developing data solutions.
- Ability to decompose an idea into a process, identify the supporting data, and define supporting data structures.
- Domain experience supporting one of the following functional areas: Purchasing / Sourcing; Materials (supply / demand planning / inventory management); Logistics (transportation / warehousing); Global Trade Management (import/export, classification); Quality.
