Job Description
Regional Marketing Process & Technology SME
Location: Mexico City
Modality: Hybrid
You will report to: Global Marketing Process Manager
Language Requirement: Advanced English (mandatory)
The Regional Marketing Process & Technology SME is the regional extension of the global Marketing Process & Technology function. You will improve adoption and provide first-line enablement support. It validates issues related to Pre‑Pipeline and distributor-led opportunity flows, routing outcomes, and attribution visibility. This ensures regional teams can implement while escalating only validated system defects.
You will be the regional owner of marketing process and technology, ensuring adoption, agreement on Sales, execution of Early Stage Opportunity (ESO) processes across the region.

Important Responsibilities
Enablement & Adoption
- Promote global process standards locally and help Sales, Marketing, and Partner partners understand how to build within them
- Support regional training, office hours, and rollout communications
- Improve adoption of ESO tools, ensuring usage across teams
First-Line Evaluation & Validation
- Receive regional questions and issues, differentiating between user education needs vs. true system defects
- Escalate validated issues with clear examples and business context
- Provide structured feedback loops to global owners to improve usability and adoption
Regional Partnership & Understanding
- Be the main contact for Marketing process within the region
- Align Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams to ensure collaboration and opportunity progression
- Be the “translator” between global design and regional execution realities
- Ensure regional teams understand how marketing supports opportunity progression and partner workflows
Adoption & Team member Support
- Support regional team members and guide adoption of processes
- Provide insights and feedback from the region to global teams
- Build relationships with team members to improve execution and understanding
Success Measures (Examples)
- Higher adoption and fewer repetitive escalations
- Faster and cleaner escalations (better examples, fewer re-triage loops)
- Increased Sales understanding of Marketing's role in opportunity progression
- Regional change champion network
- Improved ESO process compliance and understanding across teams
Qualifications
Must-Have Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Partner Operations
- Team member management skills
- English required
- Explain process and system behavior to users
- Experience collaborating globally while representing regional needs
- Exposure to LeanData and Salesforce
- Experience working in global or multi-region environments
- Understanding of SDR workflows and early-stage opportunity processes (ESO)
