Job Description

LeanData & Pre‑Pipeline Operations Specialist

Location: Mexico City

Modality: Hybrid

You will report to: Global Marketing Manager

The LeanData & Pre‑Pipeline Operations Specialist owns the daily execution and stability of opportunity routing and operational processes supporting Pre‑Pipeline and distributor-led opportunity flows. You will implement routing changes, Service level agreement monitoring, exception handling, and record reprocessing with global governance.

You will lead and improve the systems and workflows behind Early Stage Opportunities (ESOs), ensuring accurate routing, proper ownership understanding, and seamless opportunity progression across systems.

Main Responsibilities

Routing Execution & Operational Stability

  • Implement and maintain LeanData routing for opportunities with care for global standards
  • Manage LeanData logic (matching, routing, ownership understanding)
  • Implement routing updates, manage exceptions and re-routing, and ensure Service level agreement behavior functions as intended
  • Monitor routing health, investigate failures, and coordinate resolution with your team and LeanData support

Opportunity & Workflow Management

  • Support Salesforce opportunity workflows
  • Ensure ESO (Early Stage Opportunities) creation and progression flows correctly
  • Maintain data quality and system governance across opportunity processes
  • Support attribution and reporting (e.g., Full Circle)

Operational Work (Hands-on)

  • Perform record reprocessing and operational remediation for stuck or failed records
  • Maintain runbooks for recurring issues and standard operating procedures for routing operations

Test & Release Support

  • Support testing/UAT for routing-related changes and validate outcomes post-deployment
  • Document routing behavior changes and communicate impact to regional SMEs and partners

Team member Support

  • Be the first operational contact for routing issues and questions
  • Partner with regional SMEs to understand recurring friction points and improve operational clarity

Success Measures (Examples)

  • Reduced routing defects and faster time-to-resolution
  • Lower backlog of reprocessing / stuck records
  • Service level agreement behavior and fewer escalations from regions
  • Data quality and accurate opportunity routing
  • Predictable and scalable process execution

Qualifications

Must-Have Profile

  • Salesforce hands-on experience (opportunities, workflows, data management)
  • LeanData experience (required)
  • Experience working with opportunity processes (not only lead management)
  • Experience with Full Circle or attribution tools
  • Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems
