Job Description
Contract Administrator – Contracts & Order Management
You will be asked to work on Order Management, Order of Material, Good Receipt and they will report to Team Lead and have a hybrid schedule in Pune, India.
Your Responsibilities:
Review material demand from engineers. Check parts availability in the system. Coordinate with the respective team (master data/ETO) to get the parts active. Create the material demand (Purchase Requisition) in the system.
Accomplish processes in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines. Perform several administrative/Operational tasks for assigned team(s) and function(s) globally.
Gather and summarise enabling data to complete assigned tasks.
Contacting supplier for ROHS certificate, coordinate with the engineers/project team all requirement needed to create the purchase requisition for material fulfilment.
You provide administrative support on activities related to a customer order. These activities span from receipt through closure, including procurement of goods and services from specified suppliers. The complexity of these suppliers ranges from moderate to high. You will perform these tasks and observing all relevant procedures.
Work with required regional and domestic team members to ensure compliance and smooth processing of the activities/processes assigned.
Extract data (from business systems, SAP / IFS / others) and publish necessary reports required by the regional team members following the established schedule and guidelines.
Contribute to Root cause analysis for any deviation highlighted by the regional partners, required documentation of the said deviations and responding to audit processes.
Use the official tools available like conference calls and emails for frequent interaction with peers/regional partner on discussion related to processes, feedback, presentations and other updates.
Coordinate with multiple teams across organisation for required updates, material delivery/availability and receipts,
Coordinate and support training admin/services activities for education services

Strong passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
Strong ability to clearly articulate & convey the understanding to peers & customers.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Bachelor's degree in science/ commerce/ business administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations and order Management.
Should have exposure to Global Work style, engagement with clients while sitting at remote locations.
Willing to work in flexible business shifts / global time zones including AP/EMEA/NA/LA time zone to drive business stakeholder connect.
Prior experience of working in business operations with hands-on experience of material management /supply request/Shopping Carts/material tracking/shipping / good receiving functions as required would be preferred.
Procurement is plus.
Exposure around audits and services contracts is additional.
Lean Six Sigma certifications is Plus.
