Job Description
The Director, High Velocity Sales (HVS) leads the North America High Velocity Sales organization to accelerate predictable ARR growth by scaling new customer acquisition, expansion motions, and efficient coverage across Fiix and Rockwell Automation addressable accounts. You will translate strategy into operating rhythm, develop sales talent, and create accountability across pipeline, forecast, conversion, retention handoffs, and customer outcomes.
You will report to the Global Director, High Velocity Sales (HVS) and will work a hybrid office schedule.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own North America HVS growth strategy: Build and execute the North America plan for High Velocity Sales, including new logo acquisition, expansion, territory coverage, account prioritization, and sales productivity.
- Deliver ARR performance: Drive pipeline creation, opportunity conversion, forecast accuracy, bookings performance, and execution quality across assigned segments.
- Lead sales and business development teams: Set clear expectations, coach managers and sellers, inspect activity and quality metrics, and raise team capability through performance rhythm and development planning.
- Scale repeatable GTM motions: Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Channel, Lifecycle Services, and broader RA Sales to improve handoffs, lead conversion, expansion identification, and customer journey execution.
- Strengthen field and ecosystem alignment: Connect Fiix value propositions to RA sellers, partners, and customer priorities so the field can identify target accounts, position outcomes, and accelerate sales cycles.
- Improve operating cadence: Create a disciplined rhythm for deal reviews, pipeline health, forecast calls, KPI scorecards, escalation management, and executive updates.
- Build talent and capacity: Develop leaders and individual contributors, support recruiting and onboarding, build succession plans, and maintain a healthy, scalable team model.
- Drive transformation: Contribute to FY27 scale-year initiatives, including coverage model evolution, new offers, partner-led motions, Mexico City COE expansion needs, and productivity improvements.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- The ability to travel 25-50% of the time in US and Canada.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
- MBA or advanced business training
- Typically requires 8+ years' management experience.
- Sales leadership experience in SaaS, software, industrial technology, digital transformation, or an adjacent B2B recurring-revenue business.
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams against ARR, pipeline, forecast, productivity, and customer acquisition goals.
- Experience leading business development, account executive, expansion, or hybrid sales teams.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Channel, Product, Operations, and field sales organizations.
- Data-driven operating approach with comfort using CRM, pipeline analytics, scorecards, and executive review materials.

For this role, the total target compensation is from $279,280 - $418, 920 of which 60% is base salary and 40% is variable. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
