AI Enablement InternLocation: Singapore, Singapore (Hybrid) Duration: 3–6 months Department: Operations
Position Description
As a AI Enablement Intern, you will support Pluang's Operations team in turning raw data into actionable intelligence — helping teams make faster, better-informed decisions through dashboards, analysis, and AI-assisted reporting tools. You will work closely with operations, product, and strategy stakeholders to surface insights that directly shape how the business runs day-to-day.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is excited about the intersection of data and AI — not just pulling numbers, but helping build the next generation of intelligent analytics workflows that reduce manual reporting and bring decision-relevant information to the right people at the right time.
What You Will Be Doing
Data Analysis & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give operations and business teams clear visibility into key metrics and performance trends
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities across operational, product, and financial datasets
Support the design and documentation of metric definitions, ensuring consistency in how the business measures and interprets data
Assist in automating recurring reporting workflows to reduce manual effort across teams
AI-Assisted Analytics
Support the development and testing of AI-powered analytics tools, including LLM-assisted querying, automated insight generation, and natural language reporting interfaces
Help evaluate and improve the quality of AI-generated outputs — assessing accuracy, consistency, and relevance against business requirements
Contribute to prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks for data-focused AI tools used by non-technical stakeholders
Research and document emerging AI tools and techniques relevant to analytics and business intelligence in fintech
Data Quality & Enablement
Assist in data validation and reconciliation tasks, helping ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in decision-making
Support documentation of data sources, pipelines, and transformation logic to improve data literacy across the organisation
Collaborate with analysts and operations teams to understand their data needs and translate them into clearly scoped analysis tasks
