Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager based in Gurgaon to join our Global Products team. You will own and drive product outcomes across global investing products (e.g. US Stocks, ETFs, Options, Leverage, Commodities, Forex and adjacent platform capabilities), translating strategy into shipped products with high quality and operational excellence.

Given Pluang’s startup environment, scope can evolve over time. A meaningful part of this role will also involve helping build and launch Pluang Philippines (PH)—a highly exciting zero-to-one journey where you will launch the product by creating core platform flows (e.g., onboarding/KYC, wallet, top up/cash out, portfolio, and key trading/investing journeys) in a new market.

What You Will Do

1. Own delivery and outcomes across Global Products (US Stocks & Securities and beyond)

  • Drive execution of roadmap items across US Stocks, Options, ETFs, Leverage and other products- balancing customer value, risk, and operational constraints.
  • Translate strategy into crisp PRDs, user stories, and release plans; ensure high-quality delivery and clear success metrics.
  • Own post-launch iteration based on data, user feedback, and operational insights (not just shipping features).

2. Contribute to PH expansion (zero-to-one) through platform flows and market readiness

  • Support building PH-ready platform journeys including onboarding/KYC, wallet, top up/cash out, portfolio, and customer support readiness.
  • Work with Strategy/Compliance/Partnerships to translate market requirements into a phased roadmap (MVP → iteration → scale).
  • Ensure PH flows are measurable, reliable, and launch-ready with strong operational and compliance alignment.

3. Build and scale core investing journeys with a high bar for trust and usability

  • Improve key journeys such as discovery → onboarding → funding → trade execution → portfolio → reporting.
  • Drive UX improvements informed by funnel analytics, user feedback, and market benchmarks to increase conversion and repeat investing behaviors.
  • Ensure clarity and transparency in user-facing experiences (pricing/fees, leverage risks, order status, trade confirmations).

4. Drive data-informed optimization and experimentation

  • Own instrumentation and metrics for your domains; partner with Data to ensure dashboards are trusted and actionable.
  • Run structured experiments (A/B tests and iterative rollouts) to improve conversion funnels and product adoption.
  • Diagnose performance issues and drop-offs using cohort and funnel analysis; propose and execute solutions.

5. Lead cross-functional coordination and operational excellence

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, QA, Compliance, Operations, and Support to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
  • Proactively manage dependencies, execution risks, and stakeholder alignment—especially in regulated workflows.
  • Improve internal product operations: clearer processes, better launch checklists, stronger incident/learning loops.

What You Will Need

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience (or equivalent), ideally in fintech, brokerage, trading, payments, or other regulated consumer products.
  • Experience shipping complex product surfaces end-to-end with measurable impact.
  • Exposure to global investing products (US stocks/ETFs/leverage/derivatives) is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong execution and product judgment: clear problem framing, crisp requirements, thoughtful prioritization.
  • Strong analytical ability: funnels, cohorts, experimentation rigor, and data-informed decision making.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity while maintaining a high quality bar and strong stakeholder alignment.

Mindset

  • Ownership-driven and outcome-oriented; comfortable being accountable for business and customer impact.
  • High bar for trust, compliance readiness, and operational excellence.
  • Curious and adaptable—able to flex scope as business priorities evolve.
