Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic team at Pluang. This role combines strategic recruitment expertise with general administration management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is ready to take ownership of higher-level responsibilities in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, non technical campus, niche, and leadership roles, ensuring a strong pipeline for both entry-level and senior positions.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with long-term organizational goals.

• Support in workforce planning discussions in collaboration with TA Leader to anticipate and fulfill hiring needs proactively.

• Manage and optimize the ATS system for efficient and data-driven hiring processes.

• Spearhead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.

• Lead campus hiring drives, establishing partnerships with top institutes to build early career pipelines.

• Provide actionable insights through hiring analytics to improve time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and recruitment quality metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 -5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in a startup environment.

• Hands-on experience managing the employee onboarding process, ensuring a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.

• Experience leveraging AI tools to build recruitment workflows and AI-powered agents to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience.

• Skills: Expertise in technical, non technical hiring and leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and process optimization.

• Leadership: Ability to take ownership of recruitment strategies and elevate hiring practices across the organization.

• Mindset: Fast learner, problem solver, and someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
