About The Team
Our Enterprise AI team partners with our largest customers to design, build, and deploy custom AI employees that unlock revenue and cost savings. You will have the opportunity to build on one of the most exciting growth areas of Podium while being at the forefront of the AI revolution. This team operates at the intersection of consulting and tech—combining deep product expertise, technical excellence, and project delivery to ensure our customers realize large and measurable ROI.
About The Role
As an AI Deployment Project Specialist, you will support the end‑to‑end deployment of multi‑month, multi‑million‑dollar custom AI solutions for Podium’s largest customers. You’ll work alongside senior project leaders to understand customer workflows, translate those into product specifications, help coordinate engineering delivery, and eventually manage configurations.
In This Role, You Will
Support Custom AI Deployments
- Assist with scoping, configuring, and launching tailored AI agents for enterprise customers.
- Learn Podium’s AI toolset (prompting, configuration, workflows) and make basic updates directly in the AI code/configuration under guidance.
- Meet with customers to collect feedback, understand operational workflows, and identify challenges.
- Document requirements and convert them into structured product updates for engineering.
Coordinate Project Workstreams
- Help manage timelines, follow-ups, and task tracking across customers, engineering, and internal teams.
- Prepare customer-facing materials such as check-ins, status updates, and small executive summaries.
Triage Issues & Improve Performance
- Investigate customer-reported issues and help identify root causes.
- Analyze conversation transcripts, logs, and product settings to recommend changes.
- Work with engineers to ensure fixes, enhancements, and roadmap items are prioritized appropriately.
Contribute to the Enterprise AI Roadmap
- Help maintain playbooks, SOPs, and templates for repeatable AI deployments.
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to improve Podium’s AI platform.
You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have
- Recent graduate – 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, project coordination, business analysis, or technical support (SaaS preferred).
- A technical background or interest—IT, computer science, information systems, engineering, analytics, or similar.
- Ability to learn and make light configuration or code changes (software development or similar experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and willingness to take ownership.
- Curiosity about AI technologies, business process automation, and enterprise operations.
- A desire to grow into a more senior project leadership or technical product role.
