As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in Podium’s recruiting process and broader HR Operations. You will be the go to person for logistics and own the overall candidate experience for all onsite interviews at our Lehi HQ. Urgency and speed in our hiring process is critical in hiring the best global talent, and as a coordinator you will help drive the pace of our recruiting function.
The ideal candidate is driven, hungry, and wants to develop their skills and a career in recruiting or other HR functions. They are detail-oriented, can prioritize multiple priorities, and can thrive in the pace and ambiguity of a start-up environment.
What you will be doing:
- Support the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers
- Work with candidates to schedule interviews
- Provide an exceptional experience for candidates -- hosting all onsite interviews (when necessary) -- as well as communicating with the candidates and answering questions
- Keep candidates continually informed throughout the hiring process
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
- Support HR Operations with administrative tasks, including HRIS data entry, answering general employee questions, and maintaining personnel files
What you should have:
- 1+ year experience in a professional environment, ideally in recruiting/office coordinating experience, and/or administrative support
- Passion around driving urgency in our recruiting process to hire the best global talent
- A positive outlook and willing to take on any task to drive impact
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Take ownership and initiative within the tasks that have been assigned to you
- Ability to work effectively and independently
- Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, ability to deliver results in tight timeline, and strong attention to detail
- Interest in building a career in recruiting / people operations
