Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Assistant based in Chennai. The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing patient care, assisting with daily activities, monitoring health progress, and maintaining accurate records. They will work collaboratively with healthcare practitioners to support patient recovery, deliver compassionate care, and ensure adherence to medical instructions. Duties may include assisting with hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic patient care tasks such as hygiene, mobility assistance, and monitoring vital signs
• Knowledge of medical procedures, medication administration, and health documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain patient comfort and liaise with healthcare teams
• Ability to effectively follow medical instructions and work under the guidance of nurses and doctors
• Patience, compassion, and a commitment to providing high-quality caregiving
• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or caregiver is a plus
• Relevant certification or diploma in nursing, healthcare, or a related field
