Customer Success Manager - Remote in Latvia

Prezi is looking for a passionate Customer Success manager to be responsible for driving revenue growth from existing Prezi customers. You will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, lead the customer throughout their lifecycle and ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. This quota carrying role will cover multiple geographies within EMEA and a variety of different sized deployments of Prezi.

As a Customer Success Manager you will:

  • Build in-depth expertise of Prezi service and its use cases
  • Build in-depth understanding of business challenges and needs of our Customers
  • Consult our Customers on using Prezi to support their business goals
  • Be responsible for onboarding and activating new Customers
  • Lead online trainings and demos
  • Perform regular product usage activity checks
  • Be responsible for retention (subscription renewals) of existing Customers
  • Identify and exploit potential upselling possibilities
  • Establish, implement and run procedures to increase and maintain Customer activity and loyalty
  • Develop case studies and best practices of successful Prezi use cases
  • Collect feedback from Customers to use it further as input for product development

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent listening ability and presentation skills
  • Customer centric thinking and personality
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Growth mindset, high energy, and positive attitude
  • You think in terms of Customer benefits rather than product features
  • You like technology and are able to work with multiple tools and services

You would have an advantage if:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account management or Sales
  • You are fluent in another language besides Latvian and English
  • You have experience with sales technologies including Salesforce and marketing automation software
  • You have work experience in technology or SaaS company
