We are looking for an AI & IT Student Technician to join our team and help equip Prezilians with the best IT, software, and AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and innovation.

This is a hybrid position with occasional time spent onsite at our Budapest office in a dynamic and learning-focused environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Support & Troubleshoot IT Systems – Provide technical support for company devices (95% Mac), software, and SaaS services.
• AI & IT Service Management – Research, develop, and implement AI-driven IT tools to enhance workflows and efficiency.
• Incident Response – Handle IT service requests and troubleshoot issues via our internal ticketing system.
• Asset & Inventory Tracking – Manage IT assets using inventory tracking software.
• Google Suite Administration & Software Management in a modern SaaS company – Provide support, update documentation, and contribute to knowledge-sharing.
• AI Research & Implementation – Explore how AI technologies (chatbots, automation, AI-enhanced IT services) can improve IT operations and company efficiency.
• Project Management – Assist in AI and IT-related projects from research to implementation.
