Role : Business Development – Junior Executive

Team : Sales

Location : Mumbai (Andheri East)

Report To : President – Sales

Role Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual capable of conducting thorough market research, driving sales through telesales initiatives, and effectively managing data using MIS tools

• The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in understanding market landscapes, engaging clients, and leveraging insights to drive the sales process while contributing to the overall growth and success of Probe42

• This position demands a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to Sales, Research & customer success

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends • Gather data on prospective leads, industries, competitors, and market dynamics

• Manage and maintain databases using Excel or relevant software to organize and track leads, sales, and customer information

• Generate MIS reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates within the system • Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to potential clients

• Effectively present product information, understand client needs, and pitch sales propositions • Maintain follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities Skills: • Proficiency in online research using various platforms and databases

• Analytical mindset for data interpretation and extracting insights

• Ability to summarize information into concise reports • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization

• Attention to detail in managing and updating databases

• Strong communication and persuasion abilities for engaging potential clients over the phone

• Customer relationship management skills to build and maintain client relationships.

• Willingness to learn new technologies, sales techniques, and market trends • Effective multitasking between research, data management, and sales activities

• Ability to collaborate with the sales team, sharing insights, and contributing to collective goals

• Active participation in team meetings and strategy discussions

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

• 2-4 years of Experience preferably in the banking, Fintech or financial sector
