Role: Sales Manager

Team: Sales

Location: Bangalore

Report To: Vice President – Sales

Role Description:

• The Sales Management role encompasses acquiring new clients, maintaining

relationships to promote Probe42 Business products, identifying and closing new

business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, meeting sales

targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales

targets

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through research, networking

and cold calling

• Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads

• Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective

customers

• Negotiating terms and conditions and agreements with new clients to onboard

new clients

• Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, if required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration in Marketing, Sales or a

related field

• Proven 2-6 years of experience in enterprise sales.
