What You Will Do:

Recruitment:

  • Draft job descriptions, post job openings, coordinate with vendors, schedule and conduct interviews, negotiate salaries, release offer letters, respond to candidates, and track recruitment expenses.

Employee Onboarding:

  • Pre-onboarding engagement, conduct induction process, assign buddy partners, initiate Employee documentation on the HRMS

Employee Exit:

  • Initiate the exit process in our HR system. Prepare and issue service letters for the employee. Ensure all necessary handovers are completed smoothly. Handle all required paperwork for their departure. Disable access to systems and cancel any insurance coverage as needed.

Performance Enablement:

  • Maintain our PMS platform to initiate the necessary discussions for 1:1 sessions

Learning & Development:

  • Organize training and development activities

ISMS:

  • Follow ISMS processes & Update artefact list monthly

HR Policies

  • Work with the team to build and update policies

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan monthly engagement activities

Labour Compliance:

  • Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure all labor compliance-related documents are sent out.
