About Role
Are you a marketing enthusiast with a product mindset looking to make an impact in a fast-paced startup environment? We're on the hunt for a Product Growth Marketing Manager to supercharge the go-to-market (GTM) motion for our next-generation intelligence solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—sales, marketing, customer success, and product—to craft and execute campaigns that drive awareness, education, and pipeline growth. If you thrive in ambiguity, love experimenting to discover what works, and are excited about scaling impactful strategies, we’d love to hear from you.
Location - In-Office (Thane, Mumbai)
What you’ll do
- Identify gaps and plan campaigns
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to uncover gaps in product messaging and leverage these insights to design impactful campaigns. - Drive full-funnel campaigns
Plan, create, and execute integrated campaigns aimed at raising product awareness and educating our target audience throughout the SaaS buying journey. - Experiment, iterate, and learn
Run iterative campaigns to test different messaging and strategies, quickly identifying what resonates with prospects and what doesn’t. - Create high-impact content
Develop a range of marketing assets such as landing pages, one-pagers, infographics, eBooks, whitepapers, blogs, email campaigns, and social media creatives. - Lead multi-media initiatives
Own our content strategy for webinars, short videos, and podcasts—from logistics and speaker coordination to promotion and post-event follow-ups. - Personalize sales collateral
Create tailored slide decks and other sales enablement materials to align with the needs of specific prospects and accounts. - Analyze and optimize
Measure campaign performance, dive deep into results, and identify areas to double down or pivot for greater impact.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM, ideally in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Comfortable with creating content and have a working knowledge of landing page optimization, SEO, email marketing, and social media ad campaigns.
- Understand the SaaS buying journey and have experience driving results through full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Quick learner of complex technologies, products, and systems, with the ability to translate technical details into compelling, easy-to-understand content.
- A self-starter and team player who can influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and experimenting with new ideas, campaigns, and messaging.
