Are you a master of office organization with a passion for ensuring everything runs like a well oiled machine? Headquartered in Palo Alto, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and engaging part-time Workplace Experience teammate to join us!
What You’ll Do:
As Workplace Experience for our two onsite locations, you will be the go to person for all things - responsible for undertaking various administrative tasks to support the daily functions of our two office locations in Palo Alto, California and Bellevue, Washington. You’ll also sprinkle your magic into our company and team events by assisting with planning and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Office Maestro: Coordinate office activities with finesse, from managing employee visitor access to orchestrating seamless employee experiences.
- Inventory Guru: Keep a watchful eye on office supplies and mail management, ensuring that everything is stocked up and running like clockwork.
- Event Extraordinaire: Sprinkles a bit of magic into our corporate and team events and celebrations by assisting with planning and logistics.
- Talent and Onboarding Champion: Drive the talent and onboarding process by facilitating a seamless experience for our candidates and new hires by assisting our People Team.
- Communication Connoisseur: Serve as a contact between employees, management and external vendors, including building and facilities management companies ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
- Facilities Facilitator: Collaborate with internal teams, building and facilities management to ensure a clean and safe office environment, addressing any maintenance or operational needs as they arise.
- Administrative Ace: Maintain accurate records related to office inventory, candidate and employee information, recognizing the responsibility of confidentiality, and other administrative tasks, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible to appropriate parties.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of proactive improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining a professional and welcoming office atmosphere.
- This is a part-time role, 30+ hours per week, with the expectation that you are in our Palo Alto, California office, Monday-Friday, with the need for occasional flexibility for company and team events.
