What you’ll do:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll execute key components of Productiv’s broader marketing strategy, quickly gaining a comprehensive understanding of our go-to-market (GTM) approach. This position requires immediate contributions across strategic content creation, technical thought leadership, and field enablement.
Your Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Execution (40%)
- Rapidly develop understanding of our GTM motion and align all work accordingly
- Execute positioning and messaging initiatives for target audiences
- Build and implement strategies for content and enablement that advance our GTM approach
- Articulate Productiv's unique advantage and value proposition in the market
- Develop creative approaches to incorporate AI messaging into our positioning
- Clearly communicate our economic benefit to different stakeholders
- Work with our design team to elevate our visual storytelling to better communicate our value proposition
Strategic Content Creation (30%)
- Create high-impact, shareable, evergreen content that serves as rich IT industry resources
- Develop content with timely, well-researched opinions that demonstrate technical understanding
- Focus on ungated content (99%) designed for maximum shareability
- Craft core content that supports marketing, sales, and channel deliverables
- Develop sales tools and collateral that accelerate the sales process
- Connect customer conversations with product capabilities to inform content strategy
Sales & Channel Enablement (30%)
- Respond to sales and customer success requests within 1-2 business days maximum
- Design and deliver effective sales/channel training materials
- Lead efforts to improve our approach to field enablement beyond current state
- Provide compelling positioning and competitive differentiation for RFP responses
- Create customized content for strategic accounts with rapid turnaround times
- Enable the field team to articulate our value proposition consistently and effectively
Your Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software product marketing.
- Demonstrated success in creating and delivering compelling content that resonates with external audiences.
- Experience simplifying concepts, engaging stakeholders, and delivering high-impact messaging.
- Curiosity and desire to learn new products and industries—energized when you dive into technical details and bring clarity to ambiguity.
We are a distributed team with offices in Seattle, WA, Palo Alto, CA, Denver, CO, and New York City. Teammates have the option to work remotely from anywhere in the US or from one of our offices.

Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,500-159,500. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
