What you'll do

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, develop proof-of-concept solutions, and guide prospects through technical evaluations.
  • Work alongside account executives to understand customer challenges, position our solution effectively, and drive deal closure.
  • Engage with prospects to uncover pain points, define requirements, and recommend the best approach to solving their problems.
  • Support post-sales implementation to drive successful product deployment and long-term customer success.
  • Gather customer feedback and work with product and engineering teams to shape our roadmap and improve our offering.
  • Create sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and training sessions to empower internal teams and customers.

Who you are

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and drive technical sales processes efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for startups, fast-paced environments, and solving complex challenges.

This role is expected to work from our Denver office (in LoHi) at least 2 days per week.

Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$160,000/annually. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
