What you’ll do:

• Your primary responsibility is to deeply understand our users - their needs, behaviors, and challenges - and translate those insights into intuitive, effective, and delightful product experiences.
• Shape the end-to-end user journey of everything that we ship, from discovery to delivery.
• As our first product designer, you’ll also help establish our design principles, workflows, and standards as we grow.
