Your Mission
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in Propeller’s growth as we capitalize on the significant increase in demand which we expect to experience in the coming years. In this role you will be involved through all stages of the sales cycle and leverage our three pillars of customer acquisition to secure this business.

- Proactively reaching out to new prospects, focusing on generating business for the Propeller Platform, using the trial to generate initial interest
- Engaging with inbound trial leads, guiding prospects through the free trial experience to help them understand how the platform will translate into value for their business operations
Your goal will be to demonstrate the value of our platform and ultimately convert prospects into customers.
Success in this position comes from building meaningful partnerships based on a deep understanding of each client's industry challenges, current workflows, and identifying precisely how Propeller's products can deliver measurable improvements to their operations.
To be successful in all this, you will:
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from various channels
- Present and demo software solutions to prospective customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure for outbound, platform only opportunities. .
- Identify, research and conduct targeted outreach for new opportunities in our platform only opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective customers to maximize sales potential.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, including revenue and pipeline metrics, while maintaining high standards of engagement.
- Communicate customer needs and wants with our internal teams.
Your Skills
- You’ll have 1+ plus years experience in sales, ideally within construction tech or other relevant SaaS products.
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales quota
- You have strong communication skills and can effectively articulate Propeller’s value proposition.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and virtual meeting software
- You’re a self starter with the ability to collaborate effectively, but work independently.
- You’re great at building and nurturing customer relationships. You’re able to build trust, empathize with them and deliver on your promise.
Bonus points for
- Experience in one or more of our customer industries - construction, mining, aggregate and waste management.
- Experience with surveying or GPS/Drone Software.

The salary range offered for this role is $XXX-$XXX. This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge and experience.
