Who you are

We’re looking for an analytical, technically curious intern who loves building systems that make teams more effective. You are proactive, structured in your thinking, and excited to design workflows and AI tools that improve how commercial teams operate.

Required

  • Strong problem-solving ability and structured thinking

  • Comfort working with data and operational workflows

  • Interest in AI, automation, and productivity tooling

  • Ability to quickly prototype solutions using modern tools

  • Strong ownership mindset - you enjoy building things from scratch

  • Clear communication and ability to work closely with commercial teams

  • Available to join in April 2026

Helpful

  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Retool, etc.)

  • Familiarity with AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

  • Basic coding ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar)

  • Experience with CRM systems or data analysis tools

  • Previous startup or fast-paced work experience

Most importantly, you are curious, proactive, and excited to build solutions that create meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

You will own Sales Operations & AI Enablement for the Buyer Commercial team, working at the intersection of commercial, operations, and technology. Key areas include:

1. Sales Operations Infrastructure

  • Build operational systems for efficiency at scale

  • Improve CRM workflows and pipeline tooling

  • Standardize processes across onboarding, activation, and retention

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions

2. AI Tool Design & Development

  • Build AI-powered internal tools to improve daily commercial workflows

  • Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents for research, prospecting, and CRM updates

  • Create automated workflows and copilots to surface insights and recommendations

  • Maintain and iterate tools based on team usage

3. AI Enablement for the Commercial Team

  • Train the team to use new AI tools effectively

  • Create playbooks and documentation

  • Gather feedback and improve workflows

  • Ensure smooth integration with existing systems (CRM, internal data, etc.)


By the end of the internship, you’ll have:

  • Streamlined buyer commercial workflows

  • Reduced manual operational work

  • Better data and insights for sales reps and account managers
