As a Junior Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in enabling our commercial organisation to scale efficiently as we grow. You’ll own and improve the systems, processes, and infrastructure that support our Sales organisation - ensuring they are structured, scalable, and data-driven.


Who you are

  • Experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations within a B2B environment is highly preferred: Foundational understanding of the sales and marketing lifecycle and familiarity with the processes, tools, and challenges inherent to B2B environments.

  • Proven proficiency working with HubSpot or other CRMs as an administrator. Strong command of CRM systems, with a particular emphasis on HubSpot, preferably including workflow creation, data management, reporting, and user permissions.

  • Analytical mindset and experience. You are data-driven and like to go deep into the data. You can extract insights from a dataset and can build visualizations to communicate your findings using Business Intelligence tools such as Looker

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. We are looking for an individual who can analyze problems systematically, identify root causes, and propose innovative and effective solutions. Your ability to think critically and adapt to evolving situations is paramount.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires extensive collaboration with various internal teams, from Growth, Buyer Success, to Buyer Operations. You must be able to articulate complex ideas clearly, listen actively, and build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

  • Ownership mindset. We seek a proactive individual who takes full responsibility for their tasks and projects. You are self-motivated, accountable for outcomes, and committed to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance our processes and contribute to the team's success.

  • Attention to detail. You have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. We often work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, you will need to ensure that all new projects and implementations are accurately documented and thoroughly tested.
What you'll be working on
In this role, you will focus on the following topics:
  • Process and systems automation: As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will be a key player in developing our commercial processes and ensuring that the relevant systems are set up to facilitate them. We aim to build a system as efficient as possible to allow our company to exponentially scale.

  • CRM management: You will be the in-house CRM expert, you will get to work with all aspects of our HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations Hub). Your goal will be to ensure smooth sales pipeline management, accurate data and self-serve environment for the team. You will focus on automating through workflows and develop a complete and robust CRM solution.

  • Sales enablement: You will work closely with Sales leaders to establish playbooks for our commercial teams and make sure strong implementation and adoption by the team. You will have full ownership of the current commercial tech stack and guarantee that the teams are fully equipped to close deals efficiently and effectively.

  • Business Intelligence: You will contribute to generating data driven insights that will drive our commercial strategy. You will build reports and dashboards to analyze data and identify potential opportunities to drive the company forward.

  • Cross-team collaboration: At Qogita, you will collaborate with almost all teams within the company, Sales, Product, Analytics or Operations are all stakeholders you will regularly interact with. This keeps the role extremely diverse and you will gain instrumental knowledge about all sides of the business and how they influence one another.
